Features of fat rich milk powder spray dryer:
1、 Fast drying speed. After centrifugal spray, the specific surface area of the feed liquid is greatly increased, and 95-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly in the high-temperature airflow, and the drying time is only a few seconds.
2、 The parallel flow spray drying form can make the droplets flow in the same direction as the hot air. Although the temperature of the hot air is high, the hot air enters the drying room and immediately contacts with the spray droplets. The sudden drop of the indoor temperature will not cause excessive heating of the drying materials, so it is particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.
According to the characteristics of the material, it can be dried with hot air or shaped with cold air. A large number of products with significant differences in characteristics can be produced using this method, including polymers and resins, dyes, pigments, glass, rust removers, insecticides, carbohydrates, dairy products, by-products of slaughterhouses, blood and blood products, detergents and surfactants, fertilizers, organic compounds, inorganic compounds, instant foods, pharmaceuticals, etc.
4、 Due to the instantaneous completion of the drying process, the particles of the product remain approximately spherical in shape, with good dispersibility, fluidity, and solubility.
5、 The production process is simplified and the operation and control are convenient.
Spray drying is usually used to dry special materials containing 40-06% of wet products into powder products at one time even if the content is as high as 90%. After most products are dried, they do not need to be crushed and screened again, reducing the production process, simplifying the production process, and improving the purity of products. The particle size, bulk density, moisture content of the product can be adjusted and controlled by changing the operating conditions within a certain range. Management is very convenient.
6、 To prevent material contamination and extend equipment lifespan, all parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel material. For the convenience of operation, the control system adopts integrated operation.
